This amazing penthouse condo features 3 private bedrooms with private bathrooms each with its own veranda. This penthouse accommodation is located on the third & fourth floor of the building. The first level features the living & dining area, full kitchen, two bedrooms with a spectacular view of the beach & sea. A twirling wooden stairs lead to the second level, the highest level of the building where you will find the 3rd bedroom, with three verandas featuring 3 magnificent views of the vegetation around Sapphire, the entire resort and the most amazing panoramic view of the Belize Barrier Reef & the Caribbean Sea. You can enjoy a marvelous Sunrise right above the Caribbean Sea or a breathtaking sunset.

SEA VIEW SUITE – 2 BEDROOM 2 BATH

Located just a hundred feet from the beautiful Caribbean sea amidst swaying coconut palms, this 2 bedroom 2 bath sea front villa boasts tiled floors, air conditioning, hot & cold water, beautiful handmade mahogany furniture, granite countertops, & stainless steel appliances. This villa is fully furnished and equipped with all utensils necessary. 9 ft glass doors allow for a wonderful view of the ocean.

SEA VIEW SUITE – 1 BEDROOM 1 BATH

A 1 bedroom, 1 bath fully furnished suite with 9 foot glass doors offer an amazing view of the Caribbean sea. It is located less than 50 feet from one of our pools. This condo features tiled floors, air conditioning, hot & cold water, and a large porch complete with lounge chairs.

POOL VIEW VILLA- 1 BEDROOM 1 BATH

Our 1 bedroom, 1 bath villas are set on the first and second floors in a backdrop of exotic flora and fauna.  All villas over look the two pools as well as our very popular Tiki Bar. All villas are fully furnished and boast 9 feet glass doors, tiled floors, hot & cold water, stainless steel appliances, air conditioning, and a cozy porch.
